How to check it’s genuine

Before you open it, look for unbroken shrink wrap around the box and clear Al Fakher Crown Bar branding. The box should say Pro Crown Bar 8000, Blueberry Gum and 8,000 puffs. Once it is open, the cap or seal on the mouthpiece should be intact. A Pro 8000 offered at a fraction of the normal price deserves suspicion.

How it compares

Blueberry Gum is one of the sweetest, most candy-like choices in the Pro Crown Bar 8000. Berry Blue keeps the blueberry but leaves out the gum, and Berry Ice swaps the candy finish for a cold one. Blueberry Gum is also sold in three other Crown Bar ranges:

• Crystal 9000 Blueberry Gum: AED 38 for up to 9,000 puffs; its 2% nicotine salt is much stronger.
• Hypermax 15000 Blueberry Gum: AED 45 for up to 15,000 puffs, 22 ml of e-liquid, 6 mg/ml (0.6%).
• Pro Max 15000 Blueberry Gum: AED 45 for up to 15,000 puffs, 22 ml of e-liquid, 5 mg/ml (0.5%).

Is Blueberry Gum very sweet?

Yes. Sweetness is high, with ripe blueberry on the inhale and a chewy bubblegum note on the exhale. There is no ice, so nothing cuts the sweetness.
