In our shop, disposable vapes cost AED 36 to AED 60 depending on the puff count. Bigger devices cost more upfront but less per puff: the Crown Bar E-Hose X 60000 works out at about AED 1.00 per 1,000 puffs.

Yes. We sell genuine Al Fakher stock in sealed packaging. We never sell counterfeit products.

Buy from a trusted seller and check the box: genuine devices come factory-sealed with sharp printing and correct spelling. If the box has an authenticity code, check it on the brand's website. Very low prices are the most common sign of a fake.

Yes. Vapes are legal to buy and use in the UAE for adults aged 18 and over. Treat a vape like a cigarette: do not use it where smoking is not allowed, such as the Dubai Metro, government buildings and most indoor public places, and follow local signs.

Most airlines allow vapes in your carry-on bag only, not in checked luggage, and you cannot use them on board. Rules differ by airline and destination, and some countries ban vapes, so check before you fly.

Yes. Our products contain nicotine and are for adults aged 18 and over only. You confirm your age at checkout, and ID may be checked on delivery.

Every disposable vape we sell contains nicotine; the strength depends on the range and is listed in each range below. They contain no THC or CBD.

Vapes contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are for adult smokers and vapers only, not for non-smokers, anyone under 18, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Buying genuine, sealed devices avoids the extra risks of counterfeits.

Sealed nicotine products can't be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Take it out of the box, remove any rubber seal or sticker from the mouthpiece and air holes, then simply inhale. Crown Bar devices are draw-activated, so there is no button to press. If your model has an airflow slider, close it for a tighter draw or open it for more vapor.

Plug a USB Type-C cable into the port on the bottom. A full charge usually takes about 30–60 minutes; the light or screen shows when it is charging. Charge it when the light flashes or the vapor gets weak.

No. They are designed as disposables: the battery is rechargeable, but the e-liquid tank is sealed and cannot be refilled. Opening or refilling it can cause leaks and damage the coil.

If the flavor turns weak or burned even after a full charge, the e-liquid has run out. Models with a screen show the liquid level.

Charge it for 30 minutes with a USB Type-C cable you know works, check that no seal is still blocking the mouthpiece or air holes, and take slower, gentler puffs. If it still does not work within 24 hours of delivery, WhatsApp us a short video at +971 52 703 9137 and we will help or replace it.

Usually from chain-vaping (many puffs in a row heat the coil before it re-soaks) or because the liquid is running out. Wait a minute between puffs and charge it fully. A constant burned taste means the device is empty.

Vapes contain a lithium battery, so do not put them in a fire or general rubbish if you can avoid it. Drop them at an e-waste or battery recycling point.

No. Al Fakher shisha is traditional hookah tobacco that you heat with charcoal in a shisha pipe. The Crown Bar, E-Hose X and Ultra devices are electronic disposable vapes: no charcoal, no tobacco leaf, just inhale.

Keep it in its sealed pack or an airtight container, away from heat and sunlight, so the molasses does not dry out. Use it within the best-before date printed on the pack. If it has dried a little, our guide on reviving dry tobacco shows how to fix it.

Fluff the tobacco, sprinkle it loosely into the bowl and leave a small gap below the rim so it does not touch the foil. Do not press it down. Poke small holes in the foil and use 2–3 well-lit coals, moving them around the edge to avoid a harsh taste.

Al Fakher is a UAE brand, founded in Ajman in 1999. Its shisha tobacco is sold in more than 100 countries.
