Delivery & Payment across the UAE
- 1-hour delivery — in Dubai, Ajman & Sharjah
- 12-hour delivery — across the rest of the UAE
- Cash & card on delivery — pay by cash or card (POS machine) at your door
- Free delivery — on orders over AED 300
How it works
- Place your order online — no payment needed upfront.
- We confirm and dispatch it to your address; our driver may call to confirm your exact location.
- Delivery windows are estimates from the time your order is confirmed and can vary with traffic and weather.
Paying on delivery
Pay when your order arrives — hand over cash or tap your card on our driver’s POS machine. There is no online card payment required.
Age check on delivery (18+)
Because our products contain nicotine, the person receiving the order must be 18 or over and may be asked for a valid photo ID. See our Age Verification Policy.
