How delivery works
- Place your order on our website.
- We confirm your order. Our team or driver may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your exact location.
- We prepare your order and send it out. In Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman it arrives within about 1 hour. Elsewhere in the UAE, our courier delivers within about 12 hours.
- You receive your order. Have your ID ready in case we need to check your age.

Paying for your order
- Cash on delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives. No extra fee.
- Card on delivery: pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on our POS machine when your order arrives. A 5% card fee is added to the order total.
- Bank transfer: pay by transfer to our UAE local bank account. We send our bank details on WhatsApp after we confirm your order. No extra fee from us.
The 5% card fee is added at checkout, so you see the full total before your order arrives. Nothing is paid online.
Age check on delivery (18+)
Our products contain nicotine and are for adults only. The person receiving the order must be 18 or over and may be asked to show a valid photo ID. The driver or courier may refuse to hand over the order if age cannot be confirmed. See our Age Verification Policy.
Getting your order right
- Please check that your address and phone number are correct before you place your order.

Undeliverable orders
If we cannot reach you, or cannot complete an age check, after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us and canceled.
