Delivery & Payment across the UAE
- 1-hour delivery — in Dubai, Ajman & Sharjah
- 12-hour delivery — across the rest of the UAE
- Cash & card on delivery — pay by cash or card (POS machine) at your door
- Free delivery — on orders over AED 300
How delivery works
- Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it and dispatch it to your delivery address.
- Delivery windows are estimates from the time your order is confirmed and can vary with traffic, weather and courier availability.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — our driver may call to confirm your location.
Age check on delivery (18+)
Our products contain nicotine and are for adults only. The person receiving the order must be 18 or over and may be asked to show a valid photo ID on delivery. The driver may refuse to hand over the order if age cannot be verified. See our Age Verification Policy.
Payment on delivery
You pay when your order arrives — cash or card on our driver’s POS machine. No online card details are required.
Undeliverable orders
