Welcome to Al Fakher Dubai (alfakherdubai.ae, "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from us in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and age (18+)
Our products contain nicotine and are sold only to adults aged 18 and over. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18. We may check your age at checkout and again on delivery. Our driver or courier may refuse to hand over an order if a valid photo ID is not shown. See our Age Verification Policy.
2. Products
We sell genuine Al Fakher products, including Al Fakher Crown Bar disposable vapes and Al Fakher shisha tobacco. Product images, flavor names and puff counts come from the manufacturer. Actual puff counts vary with how the device is used. All products are subject to availability.
Al Fakher Dubai is an independent retailer. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. See our Disclaimer for details.
3. Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation tells you we have received it but does not guarantee acceptance.
- A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect an under-age purchase, resale or fraud, if an item is out of stock, or if the price is clearly wrong. If you have already paid for a canceled order, we will refund you.
4. Prices and payment
Prices
- All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct pricing errors. We may decline or cancel any order affected by an obvious mistake.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives. No extra fee.
- Card on delivery: pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on our POS machine when your order arrives. A 5% card fee is added to the order total.
- Bank transfer: pay by transfer to our UAE local bank account. We send our bank details on WhatsApp after we confirm your order. No extra fee from us.
The 5% card fee is shown in your order total at checkout. Nothing is paid online, and we never ask for or store your card details on our website.
5. Delivery
- Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: 1-hour delivery.
- Rest of the UAE (including Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah): 12-hour courier delivery.
- Delivery fee: AED 30 for orders under AED 300. Free on orders of AED 300 or more.
- We deliver within the UAE only. We do not ship internationally.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because our products are sealed nicotine products, returns are limited for health, hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are covered. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Health warning
Health warning: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Not for use by non-smokers, persons under 18, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse this website, try to gain unauthorized access to it, or buy products for resale without our written consent. All content on this site (text, logos, images and design) is owned by or licensed to Al Fakher Dubai and may not be copied without permission. "Al Fakher" and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Products must be used in line with the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, and these terms do not affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. The UAE courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
