Welcome to AL FAKHER DUBAI (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from us in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & age (18+)

Our products contain nicotine and are sold strictly to adults aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18. We may verify your age at checkout and again on delivery, and our driver may refuse to hand over an order if a valid photo ID is not provided. See our Age Verification Policy.

2. Products & authenticity

We sell 100% genuine Al Fakher, Lost Mary and related disposable vape and shisha products, sourced through authorised channels. Product images, flavour names and puff counts are provided by the manufacturer; actual puff counts vary with usage. Stock is subject to availability.

3. Prices & payment

• All prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is taken on delivery — you may pay by cash or by card on our driver’s POS machine. We do not store your card details.
• We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order affected by an obvious mistake.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation message acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance; a contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. suspected under-age purchase, resale, fraud, or stock issues).

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Because these are sealed nicotine products, returns are limited for health and safety reasons. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Health warning

Health warning. This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Not for use by non-smokers, persons under 18, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

8. Acceptable use & intellectual property

You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or purchase for resale without our written consent. All content on this site (text, logos, images, design) is owned by or licensed to AL FAKHER DUBAI and may not be copied without permission. “Al Fakher” and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the UAE courts have jurisdiction.
